Taibo Fujian Photovoltaic Glass Kiln is a 600-ton-per-day four-line photovoltaic glass production line with one kiln. The kiln has been running for nearly four years. Nanjing Baisheng Glass Technology Co., Ltd. has undertaken the second brick helping, and the original kiln 2#3#4# has already helped the bricks, among which the bricks helped by 2#3# on both sides of the kiln are seriously eroded and need to be removed for the second brick helping.

This help brick is a project with high technical content, strict operation requirements and high risk in kiln hot repair. On the one hand, if the original wall brick is removed, if the glass liquid can't be stopped properly, there may be a safety accident of glass liquid overflowing from the wall. At the same time, under the condition of not lowering the liquid level, the brick-helping operation is guaranteed, and the production cannot be affected. In order to make a strict brick-helping scheme, the company's technical experts went to the site twice to detect the erosion of the original pool wall brick and the inner pool wall brick after the brick-helping scheme was determined, and after obtaining the first-hand data, they worked out a complete brick-helping technical scheme. After being approved by the kiln experts at the headquarters of Taibo, the construction plan of hot repair brick is determined.

From the preheating of brick materials on February 19th to the successful completion of brick-helping project on the morning of March 6th. In the process of brick-helping, all operations considered the interests of the owner, and in line with the principle of meeting the requirements of the owner and exceeding the industry standards, the hot repair work of the wall brick-helping was successfully completed. The whole process of brick-helping did not affect the normal production and glass quality, which was well received by the owner.
